Knows the lake and is most concerned with the customer catching fish. A hoot to fish with, and puts you on fish.

Jay Greishaw will be my guy...Just seems to be consistent, honest and stays busy...Really all the things I think anyone would want in a bass fishing guide. From what I have read and heard from others guys, he just does a great job of setting expectation with his customers and there aint no BS with him...If it aint happening he's gonna tell ya. Im sure all the other guys are great as well, I just havent heard much from them.

I think you will be happy fishing with him. If the fish aren't biting there's not much he can do about that. He will work his tail off trying to find good fish and that's all you can expect from a guide.

i would suggest gary harlan. 417-388-2855(cell), 956-765-3404. he lives at beacon. he is one of the nicest guys you coul ever want to spend the day with. he lets you fish instead of fishing in front of you. about the only time he will pick up a rod is when he is sure there are fish there and you are not getting bit. most of the time you will have to get booked with him a ways out. normally his calender is full. repeat customers says it all.
